One summer night 2.5 years ago, Brian went to a friend's house for a nice get together. As the night went on, some games of good old beer pong began. Little did he know he would be paired up with none other than Michelle. They didn’t win, not even a game, but had a blast. By the end of the night, Brian had asked for Michelle’s number, knowing he was going to shoot his shot for a date.

As most of you probably know, Michelle is not the best at responding to calls/texts in a timely manner. So Brian shot his shot, only to be ghosted for a little over two weeks. After another friend's wedding, Brian had to get ahold of Michelle as a friend needed assistance getting home. For some odd reason, at 11 pm on a Saturday, Michelle picked up her phone. After explaining the situation and then realizing he had been ghosted for two weeks, Brian said, “Hey, now that I know you didn’t give me a fake number, I am going to call tomorrow so we can go on a date.”

From there, a night of bar hopping, followed by a comedy show and more dinners out, began our love story. One thing that caught Brian’s eye was her order on their first night out together… a “dirty Shirley,” … which instantly put a smile on his face as it is also what a few of his groomsmen enjoy ordering on a boys' trip. He had to know more about Michelle from the get go.

Brian and Michelle love traveling with their dog Frank to the Beach and Central Oregon (Sun River or Black Butte). And have been lucky enough to already travel to Hawaii (a few times) and explore Europe together.
